Technical Support Executive

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Expected work experience of 1+ year.
• Must have strong working knowledge and experience in installation, configuration and support on Computer hardware, Software and peripheral accessories like Networking, Printers, UPS, ADSL Routers etc..
• Should be to interpret, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
• Should have basic knowledge of electronics and electrical equipments.
• Should be able to demonstrate ability to work easily with a minimal amount of supervision.
• Should be active and hardworking in nature to learn new technology and solutions in the feild of IT Technology.
• Should have good communication skill and outgoing in field to deal and support customers.
• Should be decisive, conscientious and interact well in a team environment or training capacity
• Should have valid 2 Wheeler License or ensure to have same within 2-3 months of Job Placement.
