One of our clients a leading Housing Company in Nepal is looking for professional candidates for the following job designation.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations

  • Provide assistance and support to residents as required.
  • Managing and supervising the on-going Serviced Apartments
  • Ensure the availability of all resources needed for smooth operation.
  • Ensure quality service to the customers
  • Supervise the Staffs and evaluate their performance
  • Work with the other members to ensure that resident rooms are fully operational, clean and any problems or faults are resolved.
  • Provide an escalation point of contact for the Managers and Security for noise, security and safety matters out of office hours.
  • Supervise and Manage the Reception Area
  • Ensure the Customers will be served best quality service
  • Ensure availability of needed resources
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the area and management the waiting section
  • Supervise the staffs and evaluate their performance - ensure they have the appropriate skills to carry out their required tasks.
  • Arrange and provide training to the staffs as per the need for better performance at work.
  • Develop, review and manage the policies and procedures for the Serviced Apartments
  • In coordination with all departments, ensure the proper implementation of the prepared policies.

Financial:

  • Involve in budget planning
  • Coordinate with Financial department and ensure optimization of budget
  • Ensure the cost minimization – not affecting the quality service of business
  • Ensure the effective payroll management
  • Perform performance evaluation survey of the existing staffs and develop skill enhancement programs whenever needed.
  • Conduct departmental meetings semi- annually or monthly and get updates from all departments – to ensure the growth of the business
