Talent acquisition is in the heart of this virtuous cycle. You're charged with finding the right candidates who bring a serving spirit and growth mindset in all that they do. You're responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and connecting them to the magic of working at CloudFactory.
Your primary responsibility is to identify the right target groups to be a part of CloudFactory including right skill and personality characteristic metrics to increase chances of successful alignment. You will then devise strategies to reach out to the target groups and successfully brand CloudFactory in those markets. You will orchestrate a fabulous and effective recruitment and orientation process where at each step of the way, potential candidates are respected and valued just as they would be once becoming a part of the organization. You will also oversee the entire talent acquisition process so that it remains effective, of high quality, painless, and scalable according to the needs of the company.
We believe that talent is equally distributed, but opportunities are not. As Talent Acquisition Manager, you are passionate about reaching the far-stretched opportunities to the talented people in Nepal, Kenya and many developing nations. You are creative with strong communication skills and interpersonal savvy to build lasting relationships with the market and the hiring team. You're also data-driven and strategic to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient. You are a person that thrives in a fast-paced environment and have strong problem-solving and communication skills including fineness in negotiations.
You could have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems or Business Management with 5 to 7 years of experience building solutions, engaging in talent acquisition and providing leadership to organizations you have been associated with. This means you have experience developing strategies for talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives and most likely have great project management skills. An in-depth experience formulating and executing talent acquisition strategies through the use of social media will be huge plus.
