Student Conversion Manager (Digital Marketing) – Rillmark Academy

Rillmark Academy is a young and ambitious IT & digital training academy in Kathmandu. As a part of Rillmark Pvt. Ltd., Rillmark Academy aims to produce IT & digital marketing professionals who can compete in the national as well as international market. Our goal is to bridge the gap between the skill supply and skill demand in these sectors. We aspire to become the best Digital Marketing Training Academy in Kathmandu.

We are launching our Internationally Certified Digital Marketing Course and are looking for a Student Admission (Conversion) Manager with digital marketing experience.

 

 

The person will be involved in counselling and admitting students, mainly being office based.

 

Job Title: Conversion Manager

Reporting to: Business Growth Manager

Salary: Rs 25000 - Rs 40000 base salary (depending on experience) plus per direct admission bonus. Lunch is provided.

Core Purpose of the Job: To be the one-stop point for all matters related to enquiry, counselling, enrollment and admission, mainly for the Digital Marketing Course at Rillmark Academy

Type of Person Required: We are looking for someone who loves talking to people, can build rapport with them; and influence and counsel prospective and current students; can work on multiple projects at once, is an organised self-starter; and is looking to grow with a passionate, tight-knit company while having an international exposure

Key areas of responsibilities: 

  • To develop (and manage) an enrollment and admission strategy mainly for the Digital Marketing course but also other courses at Rillmark Academy working with the Business Growth Manager and Senior stakeholders.
  • To support the Business Development Manager in driving lead generation (prospective students) and take full responsibility and accountability of applicant conversion by successfully building an effective relationship between the Academy and its prospective students, using a range of customer relationship management techniques.
  • To manage the full life-cycle of the Academy’s relationship with applicants, offering them a personalised information and support through social media, telephone, face-to-face, print and electronic media.
  • To be the incharge of Academy's Enquiry and Admission Management Process and System.
  • To create, develop and encourage individual and group initiatives for internal and external partners of the Academy, to convert enquiries into applicants, and applicants into students.
  • To design and produce digital marketing and print resource packs for Academy for use in applicant conversion.
  • To to be able to manage the administration related to running different courses at Rillmark Academy 
  • To able to provide input as conversion manager in different aspects of Rillmark Pvt Ltd’s work and such other tasks as appropriate 

Person Specifications: 

  • Be very well-presented, smart and a forward-thinking individual (digital marketing advocate, preferable)
  • Must be educated to a minimum of Bachelors level
  • Total 2+ years work experience after finishing the studies
  • Minimum 1 year experience in related areas such as Student Counselling, Student Marketing, Placement, Sales Management, Conversion Management, etc
  • Must have good knowledge of Digital Marketing
  • Must have excellent telephone skills
  • Must have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to develop and deliver amazing presentations
  • Must be technology savvy to be able to use different tools required for admission management
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Ability to multitask and work in a high energy environment
  • Must be very proactive and not have the usual Nepali "bhai halcha ni" type work attitude
