Store Manager
Our business focuses on social enterprise, creativity and sales. We started with cotton products, and now we have diversified into various products that are unique, creatively designed and marketable. We have been designing, collecting and selling from Thailand, Myanmar, India, Nepal, China, Japan, Vietnam, Laos since 2009. We started as a small store in Thailand and today we operate in Thailand, Nepal, and the US. We have a team of about 20 people in all these countries. Details / requirements:
Requirements:
- Product Sales
- Proficient in cloud-based apps (Google spreadsheet, Viber, Skype, FB, IG)
- Basic accounting skills
- Fluent in English and Nepali (speaking/writing)
- Store hours: 11:00am - 7:00pm, Sunday-Friday
- Open and close store
- Have means to personal transportation (ex: scooty)
Qualities:
- Warm personality, able to market and sell
- Attention to detail/accountable
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Good health and cleanliness is a must
- Interest in interior design, authentic products, and global cultures
- Positive attitude, open-minded and willingness to learn
Salary/Benefits:
- Negotiable upon experience and skills (starting from Rs 12,000 - Rs 20,000)
- Raise based upon performance and sales
