POSITION

Retail Store Manager - 1 (Lady)

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
  • Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
  • Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
  • Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven successful experience as a store manager
  • Must have a decent dressing sense and maintain a high level of personal hygiene
  • Powerful leading skills and business orientation
  • Customer management skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ideal applicant must be at least garduate in Business management

SALARY AND BENEFITS

  • A basic salary upto NPR 25000/- with additional allowances
  • The company will provide a two wheelers after the successful completion of probation period
  • Feul reinbursement every month after the successful completion of probation period
  • Attacrtive bonuses and opportunities to travel abroad
