POSITION
Retail Store Manager - 1 (Lady)
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
- Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven successful experience as a store manager
- Must have a decent dressing sense and maintain a high level of personal hygiene
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation
- Customer management skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- The ideal applicant must be at least garduate in Business management
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- A basic salary upto NPR 25000/- with additional allowances
- The company will provide a two wheelers after the successful completion of probation period
- Feul reinbursement every month after the successful completion of probation period
- Attacrtive bonuses and opportunities to travel abroad
