Requriments:

• MBA in related discipline.
• Experience in related discipline of 3 to 5 years
• Willing to learn and capable of working in a team and alone and with a demanding workload.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding.
• Entrepreneur and business person with organizational skills, initiative and good judgment.
• Presentation and as well analytical and strong numerical skills.
• Pro-active, hands-on, interpersonal and good communicator.
• Good command in both English and Nepali (Written and spoken) and able to correspond independently with International Business Houses.
• Proficiency in operating Computer Packages.
• Go-getter, extrovert, energetic, with self-initiative.
• Aggressive with a strong drive for success.
• Able to motivate a team and to achieve and set targets for in-station and outstation teams 
• Should be able to design company policies for marketing, branding and promotions.
