One of our clients a leading Recruiting Company in Nepal is looking for professional candidates for the following job designation.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Installation, configuration, monitoring and maintenance of IT servers and networks;
- Ensure smooth operation of Email and Internet;
- Administer, perform and restore IT systems backup for Email and IT servers;
- Antivirus installation and administration;
- Troubleshoot for network and user IT problems;
- Educate users to develop IT Skills by providing IT induction and training whenever required;
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment’s;
- Ensure Security and smooth operation of servers and overall networks;
- Ensure that IT equipment’s installed in the office premise functions efficiently including Servers, Routers, Computers, Printers, Copiers and UPS;
- Ensure that user abide by IT rules and regulations;
- Be responsible for the day-to-day IT operations and report to management on timely basis;
- Troubleshoot IT hardware problems and Liaise with external vendors for maintenance and hardware support;
- Update information in company’s website and social networking websites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, etc and develop social media engagement with all stakeholders
- Monitor and Provide technical support to company’s accounting and Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software;
- Provide technical expertise, recommendation in company’s IT related undertakings such as IT recruitment;
- Provide technical support to IT automation systems such as Toll free system.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Sound technical knowledge of Microsoft servers, Active Directory, Networking, Firewall, IT systems
- Software and Database knowledge will be an advantage
- Enthusiasm and a desire to make a positive impact as a team leader and team player
- Effective oral and written communication skills in both English and Nepali
