Software support manager / Scrum master / Fabulous team member

Your role will be to focus on two areas.

• Making sure support requests from our customers around the world who use our mSupply software ( https://www.msupply.org.nz ) are handled superbly well. Our customers will love the way you make sure they’re looked after.
• Helping our team of talented software developers to work well as a team, and focus on the the tasks they’ve agreed to do. We use a modified agile development method (you can google that to find out more!). 

We are looking for talented Scrum Master / Support Manager with the following skills:

• Strong written and spoken English and Nepali (especially written English)
• Good general computer skills. Please specify in your application which systems you are used to using, and we will test you at the interview.
• Great relational skills- you'll be working with a team, helping them to do their jobs well and treat our clients well. You'll need to be considerate, friendly, understanding, empathetic, clear and persuasive 

We work a 40 hour week Monday to Friday in an office with about 10 people. The role is challenging, and we expect you to stay for longer than two years, as it will take a long time to become expert in the tools we use.

Initially we have six-monthly salary reviews, and you can expect to increase more than 10% every six months if you are performing well. If you stay with us for more than four years we will try to create opportunities to work with our clients overseas, as almost all our work is exported, and we work closely with clients in about 20 countries.
