IntroCept is currently looking for a passionate, attentive and highly motivated technically focused Social Media Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing social media strategies, whilst working with various stakeholders to maximise effective and superior communications.

• Management of all organic and paid social media campaigns across all markets.

• Influencing the creative briefing, ad optimisation and reporting on campaign progress.

• Demonstrate strong in depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their various target markets.

• Highly knowledgeable of social media platform trends, and how to leverage off emerging social trends and metrics whilst managing analytics reports.

• Maximize cost efficiency and ROI of all social media programs.

• Develop and manage a functional content calendar.

• Strong copywriting ability and experience.

Skills required

• 2+ years experience in Social media optimization, preferably working in an in-house team

• A bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or Computing

• Experience in managing social media campaign budgets

• Experience in conducting reports across social media

• Experience in researching, curating and producing engaging content for an online audience

• Understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles

• Excellent copywriting skills

• Proficient in English -  creative, written & verbal communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment

• High attention to detail

• The ability to effectively manage  time, prioritise tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
