Swotah Travel and Adventure is an Adventure Travel company based in Gairidhara-2, Kathmandu, Nepal. We offer trekking and tour services throughout Nepal, Bhutan and Tibet. We also work with visa application, holiday packages for multiple countries in Asia and Europe.

 We are looking for a skilled and energetic person who can deliver desired results for the company through his/her proficient SEO skills.

 

   Job Specification

•       Minimum 1-2 year of proven experience in SEO and SEM

•       Extensive understanding of the search engine industry, best practices, search engine algorithms and ranking strategies

•       Strong SEO Fundamentals and should be an expert in On Page and Off Page optimization techniques

•       Proven Experience in Digital Marketing

·        Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

·        Good communication skills (written and verbal) and team player Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)

  •   Setting Geo Targeting in Google

•       Formulating Digital Marketing strategies

•       Work on quick search engine indexing of websites

•       Stay up-to-date on the latest search engine algorithms, rules, techniques and trends

•       Drive traffic by achieving top rankings in organic search results

•       Create, implement and monitor comprehensive social media strategies

•       Identifying new social media promotion ideas

•       Use tools like Google Analytics, Open Site Explorer Use tools like NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)  to evaluate social media ROI and monitor social media mentions
