Senior Project Manager

GrowByData is looking for a “Senior Project Manager”. The individual will provide strategic direction and oversee the planning, implementation, and timely delivery of projects. S/he will be responsible for not only training and managing the workforce, but also delivering consistent quality at scale to effectively grow the enterprise.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Lead teams, mentor and groom, delegate, hold team members accountable, collaborate with engineers and proactively overcome obstacles. 
• Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Cope well under pressure, multi-task, meet tight deadlines and work off-hours.
• Experience communicating on data nuances with international clients.
• Use software and process automation to deliver data driven solutions at scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define project scope, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a project and resource plan using tools Microsoft Project, Visio and Jira to generate Gantt Charts and KPIs to proactively track progress. 
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Perform risk management to minimize risks.
• Manage relationship with clients, analysts, engineers, and stakeholders. Share project updates and risks. 
• Communicate proactively and effectively
• Provide efficient working atmosphere to project teams and ensure objectives are met on time.
• Assist in creating a friendly, entrepreneurial and A+ corporate culture in Nepal.
• Report project level cost to ultimately demonstrate bottlenecks and suggested solutions. 

EDUCATION: 

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with skills in using project management software and data tools
