Requirements:

1. Evaluate, assess and recommend software and hardware solutions.
2.  Analyze and identify all issues in requirements and design and provide resolution of same and perform various tests on software to resolve all issues.
3. Develop software, architecture, specifications and technical interfaces.
4. Design, initiate and handle technical designs and complex application features.
5. Develop, deliver and test software prototypes.
6. Develop and execute functional and unit tests to assure created software considers product, design and performance requirements.
7.  Implement designed software independently or in team assuring execution meets code quality and performance expectations.
8.  Innovate and develop high-value technology solutions to streamline processes.
9.  Initiate and drive major changes in programs, procedures and methodology.
10. Head responsibility to optimize system components on basis of performance criteria as well as customer expectation.
11. Provide management with all required product tracking as well as status.
12. Develop in-depth specifications, functional requirements and control flow charts.
13. Prepare test plans, procedures and protocols for sub-systems as required.
14. Adhere to established software development processes.
15. Resolve and troubleshoot problems and complex issues.
16. Accept complete ownership of single/multiple product.
17. Mentoring and monitoring team members
