Position : Senior Business Associate (1)

Job Description:

• Contributes to the new business development process by actively leading or collaborating on proposal development efforts and recommends potential/future client/product solutions.
• Acts as a focal person, project knowledge point and ambassador of team and provides guidance and direction to junior associates
• Identifies and assists with building strategic relationships to enhance the win rate on project proposals and bids
• Contributes to designing research and evaluation studies pertaining to market and consumer behavior, brand related studies and competitive benchmarking studies within a designated budget and timeframe
• Contributes in identifying new/prospective clients and marketing the services/products offered by Solutions Consultant 

Key Roles/Deliverables

• Business development and relationship building
• Leading tasks and assignments
• Develop and provide recommendations to the clients 

Qualifications / Required Skills

• Candidates having prior experience of working for media or advertising houses
• Master’s Degree (Preferably Marketing Background)
• Ability to use MS Office Package
• Solid critical thinking, questioning, and listening skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience for media or advertising houses in  client servicing
  
• Knowledge of SPSS or similar data analysis program would be an added advantage
