Job Post: Sales Representative (for various regions of Kathmandu Valley)

Job Responsibilities

• Will have to go for selling our products every day in the market with a representative of our distributor.
• Manage the assigned distributors, their order and payment.
• Manage the distributor salesman under him and improve his performance.
• Make sales plans monthly, quarterly and even yearly.
• Provide market feedback and growth strategies during our meetings.
• Motivation and training of subordinates.
• Have to be a part of regular weekly meetings with the ASM.
• Give good service to our clients and handle their sales and other demands.
• Help us launch various Ad campaigns for Jabsons.

Job Requirements:

• People with experience will be preferred over anything else.
• At least a bachelor’s degree, while MBAs will be preferred.
• Candidates with Bikes will be given more preference.
• Should be a Visionary and should help us implement all our plans in the actual market.
• Should have patience and be very competitive in the market.
• Should have good sales skill and should be sharp in convincing potential customers.
