Sales & Marketing Officer

JOB DECRIPTION

• Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
• Develop and own the implementation of the overall product marketing strategy.
• Develop and implement the branding & marketing campaigns using the right messaging and Digital marketing channels for demand generation in a cost-efficient manner utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO & PPC.
• Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
• Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
• Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
• Work with the service team & supply chain teams to ensure we meet customer expectations, and identify process improvements and innovations.
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
• Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.

Requirements of the role:

• Bachelor degree.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Confident and dynamic personality.
• Strong creative outlook.
• Basic Computer knowledge including mailing, Microsoft Package.
• Pleasant Personality with confidence and communication qualities.
• Skill on identifying opportunities and develop strategic planning.
• Ability to conduct market research and sales promotion.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented, must organize and prioritize projects, meet deadlines and sustain productivity under pressure.
• Should have private transportation. 

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualification and experience of the candidates.
