Biocomp Nepal is a fast growingprogressive award winningNepali recyclingcompany for the production and sales of high quality organic fertilizers intended for agricultural use throughout Nepal. Biocomp Nepal is based inKokhana, Lalitpur.

Biocomp Nepal is looking for a pro active, energetic, motivated and experienced full time Sales & Marketing Manager. In this position, you will havefull day-to-day (6 days a week) responsibility for the sales & marketing department and activities of Biocomp. The Sales & Marketing Manager will be located in our office in Khokanaand reportsdirectly to the Managing Director.

Job description

As Sales & Marketing Manager of Biocomp Nepal,

• You will grow and lead the sales and marketing department (currently 4 people) to reach the Company goals. 
• You will design and execute and be responsible for the sales and marketingstrategy. The sales & marketing strategy consists of designing and implementing a ‘to market strategy’ (with help of the Managing Director),all marketing activities, the sales order administration, the logistics & distribution process and the customer support facility.
• You will be responsible for the acquisition of new customersby using the appropriate acquisition methods such as cold canvas telephone sales, direct marketing, advertisements and visiting trade fairs and agricultural conventions throughout Nepal. Furthermore you will be responsible for the follow up of existing customers by regular field visits.
• You will be responsible for the monthly sales reporting process, i.e. manage the data entry in the sales order administration, have frequent progress meetings with the Managing Director in the head office and provide monthly sales reports.
• You will agree to accept predefined annual and monthly sales targets, furthermore you are responsible to follow up and receive full payments creditors, the accomplishment of which may influence your monthly remuneration.
• You will understand the Recycling and compost manufacturing process, assisted by the compost technicians. 

Candidate profile

In order to become Sales & Marketing Manager of Biocomp Nepal,

• You shouldhave completed a Bachelor of Commerce or have finished a similar commercial education from a reputed university or educational facility.
• You should be at least 30 years old.
• You should have at least 5 years of sales management experience.
• You should have had experience in a product distribution company, working with dealers, preferably in the agriculture or fertilizer industry.
• You should be a strong people's person, a team builder with social and communication skills.
• You should have affinity with agriculture, alternative energy and recycling.
• You should have a proactive, positive, ‘go get’ attitude.
• You should have a good command of English, both written and spoken.

Remuneration

• We will provide the Sales & Marketing Manager of Biocomp Nepal,
• A startinggross salary negotiable, subject to income tax.
• A performance based monthly bonus system, set by predefined annual and monthly targets. 
• This position is open to Nepali and foreign nationals.
