Area: Based in Kathmandu with frequent outstation visits

Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing sales force to achieve company targets
• maintain good relations to customers/ retailers..
• Market research and information handling 
• Overseeing overall sales

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelors degree or equivalent 
• 7 years work experience in pharmaceutical/ cosmetics sales and marketing with at least 3  Years being in         Managerial capacity 
• Nepali Citizen 
• Should hold a driving license and have transport   

Qualities: 

• Smart, Dynamic and outgoing 
• Hardworking 
• Able to adapt and work in a team 
• Good leadership skills and problem solving
• Able to work odd hours
• Preferably fluent English
