Business Developer/ Sales Manager for IT company

We are looking for a results-driven business developer/sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. 

You need to carry out following responsibilities:

• Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client
• Determining a client's business requirements and whether the products/services being considered are suitable
• Answering any technical questions the client might have
• Presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client
• Performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Continuously improve through feedback 

Salary: As per experience

Other Specification

• 2-3 years of full time sales experience (software service sales is a plus)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Prior sales prospecting experience (outbound preferable)
• Motivation, Drive and self-starting attitude
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education: Bachelors in IT, Computer Application, Computer Science, BCIS, BIM, BCA, Bachelors in Management, Bachelore in Arts.
