Job Position: Sales and Marketing Officer - 01

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing market research surveys and working with customers in focus groups.
• Planning, organizing and proper execution of new marketing strategies.
• Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
• Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
• Developing and implementing an internal marketing programme.
• Visiting the potentials candidates as required.

Requirement

• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Must hold at least High school degree/ Intermediate 
• Previous experience in a similar marketing role.(Fresher can apply)
• Should possess strong communication skills
• Should be able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
• Should possess the ability to 'sell' your ideas.
• Good presentation skills.
• Must have two wheeler.

• A competitive salary package depending on work from (NPR. 15,000-25,000) per month + other benefits 
• Tiffin allowances will be provided by the company
• Working hours 9AM-5PM (Sun-Fri)
