Job Title: Officer-Recruiting (I)

Department: Recruiting-Staffing Unit

No. of Vacancy: 1

Reports To: Sr. Officer-Recruiting/Manager-Recruiting

 

Job Purpose: Selecting appropriate candidate against client needs (For all positions and organizations)

 

Job Description:

·         Identifying potential sourcing channel and managing enough pool of candidates for various positions and various locations.

·         Interacting prospective clients to understand their need, sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, selecting candidates and presenting qualified candidate to Client HR Department.

·         Assisting HR & Operations Department for the efficient functioning of appointment and post appointment procedures.

·         Making weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly recruitment reports

·         Drafting vacancy advertisements and positing them in appropriate portals.

·         Negotiating and counseling with associates/candidates on various issues whenever required

·         Maintaining smooth relationships with client/vendor/sourcing channel, attend/organize meetings/presentations with them, discuss the contemporary issues, execute the current planning and formulate the same for future

·         Helping other departments with any things that benefits the company’s success

Education: Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or Industrial Psychology

Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience would be an added advantage but not a condition

Language & Other: Fluent in Nepali and English/Excellent computer skills
