Receptionist (Female)

Position: Receptionist (Female)

Working Hour: 9:30 AM- 5:00 PM

Starting Salary: NRS. 11000- 13,000 / Month (Negotiable)

Qualification

• Bachelor degree or above in accounting or relevant degree, BBA will have an advantage.

Experience

• Prior Reception experience will have an advantage 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in accounting or relevant degree
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and professional appearance
• Should have a good knowledge of Internet and email
• Should be good in Nepali as well as English typing
• Solid communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Roles:

• Greet and record clients
• Perform other clerical/receptionist duties filing, photocopy, collating, faxing and typing of exam papers
• Receive and record telephone calls
• Perform administrative duties
• Perform duties as instructed by senior management committee
