Receptionist (Corporate)

A U.S. based Company starting a new subsidiary in Nepal is seeking a full-time Receptionist who is outgoing, well-presented, confident, organized and demonstrates strong common sense. Ideally, the person will have at least one year of similar experience in a corporate environment. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain insight into the management consulting industry, while also gaining practical experience in office administration. 

Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone; screen and direct calls
  • Greet visitors warmly and professionally
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mails
  • Ensure reception area, conference rooms
  • General administrative and clerical support
  • Maintain conference room and hoteling schedules
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and travel accommodations, as needed
  • Order and control office supplies
  • Support special projects, as needed
  • Pleasant voice and smart.

 

Requirements

  • Completed high school (+2), bachelor degree preferred
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional computer skills preferred, including Microsoft Office and internet savvy
  • Must be available Monday – Friday from 10:00am – 6:30pm
  • Can-do attitude!

 

Renumeration:

Our compensation starts from 300$ per month excluding benefits.
