Details / requirements:
A U.S. based Company starting a new subsidiary in Nepal is seeking a full-time Receptionist who is outgoing, well-presented, confident, organized and demonstrates strong common sense. Ideally, the person will have at least one year of similar experience in a corporate environment. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain insight into the management consulting industry, while also gaining practical experience in office administration.
Responsibilities
- Answer telephone; screen and direct calls
- Greet visitors warmly and professionally
- Manage incoming and outgoing mails
- Ensure reception area, conference rooms
- General administrative and clerical support
- Maintain conference room and hoteling schedules
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and travel accommodations, as needed
- Order and control office supplies
- Support special projects, as needed
- Pleasant voice and smart.
Requirements
- Completed high school (+2), bachelor degree preferred
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional computer skills preferred, including Microsoft Office and internet savvy
- Must be available Monday – Friday from 10:00am – 6:30pm
- Can-do attitude!
Renumeration:
Our compensation starts from 300$ per month excluding benefits.
