QA Manager

Post Title: QA Manager - R&D

General Responsibilities: The QA Manager shall maintain the quality demands of clients applying various defined quality methods and standards of the company. S/he shall play key role in continuous quality improvement and rappo building with overseas team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* 5+ years of experience in relevant job position with few years work history as QA lead.

* Manage the QA team and frequently communicate with overseas team in quality issues.

* Demonstrated research and technical aptitude.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

* Knowledge about software life cycle and software quality assurance methodologies

* Concept of manual as well as automated software testing

* Knowledge of C#.NET, Software testing tools, and good presentation skill will be an added advantage

* Ability to automate/program the script.

* Strong training skill on Quality life cycle.

MINIMUM ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION (Any of the following):

BSC (comp sc), BE (com), BCA, BIM, BIT, and Bachelor in other computing stream.
