QA Manager

GrowByData is looking for an experienced QA Manager who will be working with other staff within organizations to determine and establish procedures and quality standards and to monitor these against agreed targets.S/he will be responsible to assure consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing good automated manufacturing practice systems; validating processes; providing documentation; managing staff.

TITLE: QA MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven working experience in software, data and process quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of process improvement, collecting and analyzing data, strategic planning, verbal communication, thoughtfulness, dealing with complexity, emphasizing excellence and quality engineering.
• Prior experience with ecommerce platform preferred.
• Passionate about learning and self-motivated.Driven to contribute and share knowledge.Team player.
• Excellent communication and personal interaction skills. An individual should be able to effectively influence executives, sales, marketing, product management, engineers, analysts, peers and clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Champion total quality thinking throughout the organization. 
• Set standards for measuring and improving product quality. 
• Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Recruit, retain, manage and mentor the growing QA department team members.
• Run functional, monkey, regression, automated, data, security, usability, integration and other tests.
• Validate quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes, measuring production, documenting evidence, determining operational and performance qualification, writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
• Prepare quality reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions and re-validations.

EDUCATION: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

EXPERIENCE: Seven plus years of prior experience in a relevant field would be preferred.
