· Good command over Nepali and English languages.
· Should have minimum intermediate pass or Bachelor's Degree will most be preferred.
· Answer phone calls and respond to customer queries with pleasant voice.
· Basic computer knowledge such as Word, Excel, Internet and email.
· Should be able to work under pressure.
· Team player and ability to work in an Odd- hours.
· Friendly and confident manner with a pleasant personality.
