National Community Development Centre (NCDC) is a Non-Government Organization (NGO) registered in Morang district and working in different community development sectors; community health, education, children and livelihood since 2000 A.D.NCDC, a leading NGO in Morang district has been implementing Child Centered Community Development (CCCD) Programme in partnership with United Mission to Nepal (UMN) from last 6 years. CCCD is nine years long programme designed to contribute for the overall development of Children. For this programme, NCDC invites application from the interested, eligible, and result oriented Nepalese citizen for the following post:

Job title: Project Coordinator (PC) based in Morang

No of Positions: 1

Contract type: Fixed Term (extendable up to project years based on annual performance) 

Duty Station:NCDC Field Office, Tankisinuwari (Budhiganga Rural Municipality), Morang 

Key Responsibilities:

• The core responsibilities for this post are project design, planning, effective implementation, staff management, monitoring and evaluation, donor reporting, networking and coordination with likeminded organization at the district etc. 

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in education or social science or rural development or any other relevant field. Candidates having master degree are preferred. 

Experiences and other:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in integrated project development, management and implementation
• Trained and experienced on child rights mainstreaming 
• Good facilitation and training delivery skill
• Experience in rights based approach and having advocacy skill
• Good coordination, linkage and networking skill
• Have good team player skill
• Competency in computer based reporting in English
• Have learning attitude
• Have motorbike driving skill with license
