Pravasi Nepali Coordination Committee (PNCC) is one of the leading organizations in Nepal working in migration sector for past ten years. For an immediate appointment, PNCC  invites applications from qualified and experienced Nepali citizens for the below mentioned positions.

Position: Project Coordinator (Kathmandu Based)

Required No: 1

Required Competencies:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Science or any other discipline with good understanding of development issues
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in project/program operation, management and  donor reporting
  • A quick hand in computer application preferably MS-Word, Excel & Power Point Presentation
  • Knowledge of budget planning, database management, team monitoring & resource mobilization
  • Experience in network management especially in migration sector will be an added advantage

Major responsibilities:

  • Overall planning, reporting, supervision & monitoring of the project team/activities
  • Coordination with partners/stakeholders for effective implementation of the project
  • Monitor the progress of the activities on the basis of the work plans and action plans
  • Organizing, presenting and facilitating during implementation of project activities

Position: Project Officer (Kathmandu Based)

Required No: 2

Required Competencies:

  • Minimum Bachelor’ Degree in Social Science, Law or any other discipline
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in similar position in development sector
  • Good presentation, negotiation, communication and report writing skills
  • A quick hand in computer application preferably MS-Word, Excel & Power Point Presentation
  • Experience in dealing cases of migrant workers and Nepali typing skill will be an added advantage

Major responsibilities;

  • Handle cases of distressed Nepali migrant workers and their families coming to organization
  • Coordinate with embassy and concerned stakeholders for rescue, repatriation and other needful support
  • Help service seekers to file case or application process for compensation and benefits
  • Maintain proper case file and case studies of supported cases

Service Duration for ALL Positions: Initially 9 months with possibility of extension
