Product UI (Visual) Designer

To complete our mission, we need to extend our team. So we are looking for young and highly energetic person to hire on this team here in Lazimpat, Kathmandu.
Responsibilities
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development for all company software solutions
- Excellent proficiency with Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with team to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
- Bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of Experience as a UI/Product Designer
- Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
- Experience creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, prototypes and sitemaps
- Ability to deliver responsive, mobile-first, design experiences for both iOS and Android
- Good to have - proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
- Up to date with latest UI trends, techniques and technologies
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development process
- Critical thinking from a product strategy perspective
