Details / requirements:
One of our clients, an upcoming Nepal country office of one of the leading international electronic brands invites applications from highly motivated, result oriented Nepalese citizens with utmost integrity for the following positions. Both the positions will require fluency in English and Nepali speaking, reading and writing.
Position: Product Manager
It is a senior level position with the work base to be in Kathmandu but frequent travel outside Kathmandu expected. The product manager is expected to carryout but not limited to carryout the below mentioned responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing annual business plan for the entire range of the mobile handset category
- Coordinate with HQ to collect global and regional product line-up and analyze to assist in selecting products and fixing price positioning
- Execute ground works to customize selected product line up to create local market relevance
- Assist in tracking market share, competition and market trends by analyzing features, prices, channel, segment etc.
- Assist in planning new product launches, monthly marketing plan and track campaign execution progress and post-evaluations
- Assist in managing PLC and EOL
- Provide customer and consumer VOC to manage channel and consumer insights
Key Competencies required:
Experience of handling PLC
Experience in executing campaigns in ATL/BTL/PR mix
Superior level of analytical ability and capacity to play with numbers and logics
Adaptability to change and work pressure
Relationship quality to co-work with cross functional teams
Educational Qualification:
Bachelors or Masters from a reputed university with major in Marketing
Experience:
Minimum 7 years of expertise in directly handling product and pricing management
Function in FMCG and Telecom sectors Candidates having 2-3 years of marketing management in their total experience will be given a special consideration.
