TeamQuest Pvt. Ltd. the brand owner of QFX cinemas located in different areas inside and outside Kathmandu valley, is looking to hire qualified, energetic and self-motivated employees to join our team. We are currently seeking competent, committed and dynamic Procurement Officer

Procurement Officer-1 (Kathmandu)

Maintain transparent and correct procurement process, proper coordination with functional departments as per the requirements of Supply Chain Management Policy. Responsible for managing the supply chains of the company. The supply chain operations include planning, procurement, contracting, customs clearance, in country transport and distribution, as well as monitoring of supplies, services and construction works. Liaising with project team to ensure compatibility of products for use at site. Arrange visits by third parties to manufacturer’s premises for evaluation of processes, witness tests etc.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (as identified above), with two additional years of relevant work experience in supply, logistics, procurement, contracting, administration and/or other directly-related technical field.  A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, at the national and international levels, in supply, logistics, and procurement, is required. In depth knowledge of contracting for services is required including experience with medium to large scale construction contracts.
