PM Training Specialist

Objective: The PM Training Specialists collaborates with the Production Manager and other supporting staff to design, develop and/or deliver training programs that meet project performance goals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with:

• Production Manager and Data Reviewer to identify gaps, defining training goals

• Engineers and data reviewer for training task exercises

• Engineers and data reviewer for Gold Standard/accuracy tasks creation

• GS content

• GS explanatory feedback

• Works as a team with Manager of Training and Development  to:

• Execute training

• Solve specific training problems (whether technical or cultural)

• Draw conclusions from training sessions

• Keep clear communication line with KTM MTD according to the training timeline

• Takes initiative to

• Lead training sessions

• Conduct meetings with workers for formative/summative evaluations for measuring training effectiveness

• Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment for customization improvement

• Confers with subject matter experts within the transcription field for further insight towards training

• Communicates with

• CF Operations Manager for smooth onboarding to training transition

• All workers for

• training session schedules

• task updates

• task inquiries (manages social media)

• Schools and other organizations for training room availability

• Other duties

• Reviews PM job aides

• Initial task review

• Video creation

Abilities/Skills

• Ability to communicate information clearly

• Basic computer/Internet knowledge

• Near native English communication skills up to business level
