Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology (TIO), a world renowned Training, Research, Intraocular lens manufacturing facility and comprehensive Eye Care Service delivery Institute is currently looking for quality candidates to apply for following positions:
Post: Ophthalmic Assistant - Level 5B -14
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: PCL in Health Science/Ophthalmology or Equivalent.
Experience in relevant field would be an added advantage
WORKING STATION: Community Eye Centers, Community Eye Hospital and Tilganga Eye Center
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY:
•Basic Eye Examination.
•Assist in all surgical procedure including Pre/Post ups & Sterilization.
•Assisting Ophthalmologist in basic procedures.
•Maintaining and cleaning ophthalmic instruments.
•Administering and preparing medications.
•Preparing for Sterilization.
•Must be willing to work in Community.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•Basic Computer skill
•Sound Health
•Good communication skill
•Nepali citizen above 21 years of age
