Details / requirements:

SeeLogic provides CRM solutions for clients with the main office based in the UK and a development team based in Nepal.

We are searching for an Operations Manager (OM) to manage the Nepal office in Kathmandu.

The Nepal office consists currently of 9 developers and we are looking to expand.

The OM will report to the Programme Manager (PGM) based in London

The OM Manager will be responsible for the standard HR, administrative, and team management functions. It is not necessary for the OM to have knowledge of coding however this would be an advantage. The OM should have up to 4 years’ experience managing teams of up to 10 within an ICT environment.

Supporting the main Head Office HR function through

  • Managing the resource management of hiring
  • Ensuring that the contractual matters of employment (Both Country & SeeLogic) are adhered to Managing Training and Holidays
  • Participation in, and administration of Appraisals in support of the PGM
  • Ensuring that the Team culture and bonding is working well

The Administrative Responsibilities are

  • Maintaining timesheets,
  • Teams adherence to Governance principles, policies, procedures, and processes as provided by the UK Office
  • General Office tidiness
  • Escalating challenges and issues
  • Maintaining IT Security and Office Security
  • Maintaining and managing an Expense Budget
  • Managing local Payroll issues 

The Team Management Responsibilities are:

  •  Ensuring that the Project, Incident Management, and Change Management work performed as required and reporting progress to the PGM
  • Ensuring that Development practices are adhered to such as use of TFS and the respect to the Check Lists and Coding standards.
  •  Ensuring that the Coding process is followed from Investigation, Coding, Quality Analysis, Testing, and Closure with Documentation.
