Detailed Job Description / Requirements
Good Neighbors International (GNI) an international Nongovernmental Organization working in the field of Child focused Community based Development Approach since 2002 in Nepal invites application from Nepalese citizenship holder candidates for the posts required for GNI Head Office and Food for New Village (FFNV) Project. Monitoring & Evaluation (M &E) Officer (FFNV, Doti with 40 % Field visit) • Develop a system to ensure that the program planning, including quantitative and qualitative data, inputs and targets is aligned with the overall program log frames with other types of M&E indicators. • Synchronize the implementation of baseline surveys, follow-on monitoring and evaluation exercises for various initiatives in the implementing partner NGOs. • Competent to work in rural community setting and cross-cultural environment. Ability to collaborate in a team as well as working • along with strong analytical skills and substantial experience in quantitative/qualitative research, and statistical analysis. • Proven skill in statistical data analysis program (e.g. SPSS, SAS, STATA, etc.). Competency in Korean language is a plus with report writing skill for international donor. • Bachelor's degree in development related social science subject; sociology, economics, anthropology, statistics, education and public health with at least 3 years experience in the M&E work of development programs with particular focus on any of the following: Education, Livelihood, Rural Infrastructure, and/or Public Health. NOTE: All positions should have proven presentation and communication skSIs in English and Nepali Language with computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, internet explorer, outlook and power point. Two wheeler driving license is a must for all the positions.
