SEBAC-Nepal , a National NGO working in the WASH sector, has been implementing two projects titled ‘SafaaPaani’ and ‘IHHWI’ which are supporting by the USAID and SIMAVI Netherland. The projects are designed to contribute towards the well-being of rural communities of Nepal through improved water, sanitation and hygiene practices. SEBAC invites application from interested, eligible, and result oriented Nepalese citizenswho can demonstrate reliability, accountability and ability to deliver expected result of the project.

Job title: Monitoring, Documentation & Reporting Officer (MDRO)

Contract type: Fixed Term Project (2 years)

Duty Station: Sindhupalchowk or Dolakha

Project: Safaa Paani

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The MDRO will be responsible for program monitoring, evaluation and documentation including reporting of all project activities of SaafaPaaniprogram of Sindhupalchowk and Dolakha. Further, s/he will be responsible for designing project monitoring framework, overall field data collection, processing and documentation of marking and branding including dissemination and preparing progress reports.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCES:

  • Minimum Bachelors’ degree in Social Science, English, Journalism or any other related field.  At least two years of job related experience.

Job title: Program Coordinator(PC)

Contract type: Fixed Term Project (2 years)

Duty Station: Chautara, Sindhupalchowk

Project: IHHWI

No of Position: 1

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The PC will be responsible for overall program, human resource, financial management, coordination, planning and implementation of WASH program activities in assigned district and communities. S/he will be responsible for coordination with district level WASH partners ensuring formation, training and mobilization of all WASH-CCs. S/he will also facilitate in strategic framework development, coordination and liaison with rural municipalities and district level WASH stakeholders, strengthening project staffs in planning, implementation and monitoring and reporting of program activities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCES:

  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Social Science or Rural Development with at least five years of WASH related experiences in similar position.
