  • Ensure HKI’s information technology systems and activities are secure and stable.  
  • Develop and implement information technology architecture strategies to accommodate current and future organizational needs based on HKI’sGlobal IT policy.
  • Maintain, update and manage HKI Nepal’s MIS and coordinate with HQ/APRO as appropriate.
  • Establish and maintain the information system for back-up and e-folders for essential documents.
  • Work with relevant partners and the internal office management team to develop/update software / applications for HKI.
  • Develop a data security systems and provide periodic and timely backup of all data in collaboration with the department heads.
  • Provide support for the full operation and implementation of ERP and related functional systems for the organization, including troubleshooting, necessary training and documentation.
  • Provide input in development and customization of Keller net, ERP systems for Nepal office and ensure its smooth implementation and operations.

Education

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology   (BIM, BSCIT, BCA and BEIT; Master’s degree preferred. 

Work experience:

  • 7 years of proven experience in information systems and telephony management including an in-depth knowledge of Personal Computer networking, LAN, WAN and Citrix operation; working knowledge of network administration, word processing, spread sheet, data base, internet, e-mail and operating systems. 

Skills:

  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to assess information system, design and generate system development plans and recommend selection of appropriate hardware and software.
