Backward Society Education (BASE) is a national NGO officially registered in DAO - Dang and SWC. BASE has worked in the field of renewal energy technology, education livelihood support, child labor elimination, women empowerment, income generation, support for sustainable democracy, human rights violation monitoring, conflict mitigation, water and sanitation, environmental sustainability, disaster preparedness and response, infrastructure support, protection and promotion of traditional and indigenous cultures and support for children associated with armed forces and armed groups as well as increasingly working with beneficiaries from other marginalized communities.
BASE intends to recruit qualified Nepali citizen and also wants to maintain roster for future recruitment based upon the fund availability for the following position to work in the energy sector for Dang, Pyuthan, Salyan, Rukum, Rolpa, Arghakhachi and Dolpa districts.
Job Title: Mini Grid Engineer
Required No: 1
Major Responsibility: Planning, Monitoring, reporting, facilitation and lead the Community Electrification Sub component and perform overall task
Minimum Qualification & Experiences Required: Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Agriculture Engineering with 3 years working experience in mini/micro hydro technology.
