Job Position: Marketing Officer (1 Person)

Work Experience: At least 1 year in related field or fresher with high potentiality can be considered too.

Job Specification:

• Should be a management graduate with specialization in sales and marketing
• Proven ability to analyze ,plan and execute marketing activities/campaigns
• Should have a very good understanding of software and web technology market
• Should be expert in internet and social media strategy with a demonstrated track record
• Should have knowledge in overall marketing strategy and execution of plans
• Should be a creative thinker with good personality
• Should have knowledge in overall marketing strategy and execution of plans
• Should have strong communications, presentational and networking skills
• Should have excellent copywriting skills in English and Nepali
• Should be less than 30 years old
• Should own a vehicle (at least 2 wheeler)

Job Description:

• Is aware of the prevailing marketing laws
• Oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional stuff and activities
• Establish marketing strategies to meet organizational objective based on the knowledge of establishment objective, market characteristics, and cost and makeup factors
• Translate the strategies into execution plans through team work
• Make comparative and competitive analysis of the current market situation
• Consult with costumer to gain advise regarding service used by them. And collect feedback from them about our services expected to be in demand
• Make reports on daily and weekly basis
• Maintain good team work and mobilize colleagues in market
• Handle existing client of company and be able to create own new costumers from the market
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and communications activities by documenting results
• Responds promptly and courteously to internal requests and external calls/solicitations

Work Hours: 9:30am to 5:30pm

Gross Salary ( inclusive of mobile and travel allowance):

3 month provisionary period: 15000 per month

After 3 months: 18000 per month
