Marketing Manager, Market Representative and Market Promoters

Smart Trading is a business firm currently been promoting different smart technologies like room/car air purifiers, HEPA Filters, high quality N90 masks, air quality measuring nodes to know the status of air quality in the room, ionizers, health massagers,/CERAGEMS, vegetable and fruit pesticide purifiers etc and will diversify the products in other area. Smart Trading is currently looking for some dynamic passionate, attentive and highly motivate individuals for the following posts especially for the market promotion:

1. Post: Marketing/Sales Manager (One)     

STATION: Kathmandu with frequent visits to different districts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Train, orient, council and manage the marketing team with marketing activities.
• Manage the dealers, retailers and business promoters for the promotion of the products.
• Financial management of the Smart Trading, maintain  books of accounts, bank transactions, generate daily, weekly and monthly reports., manage the inventory of the system in computer based software.
• Organize different programs at organizations, local and regional level to promote the marketing. 
• Establish different promotional groups like eco-clubs at schools, environment concern groups, environmental conservation groups etc. 
• Coordinate and linkage with support agencies like government, non-government agencies, media partners and private sectors for the getting support on promotional activities like collaboration.
• Develop and orient team to use the production of marketing materials and literature.
• Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions as required, Articles distribution and promotional material for the company.
• Develop and upload marketing material to online libraries, internet groups and social media, online marketing and home delivery. 
• Update and maintaining the marketing department's documentation and databases.

Qualifications: Marketing manager should have experience of marketing similar or other products, fresh university graduates (BBS, BBA, Environment Science or equivalent) can apply. Energetic and enthusiastic, result/task oriented candidates committed to meet the deadlines are encouraged to apply. 

2. Market Representatives:  Two

3. Market Promoters: (20) Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur, Chitwan, Chitwan, Pokhara, Butwal, Nepalgunj, Birgunj (Based at their respective districts)

Key Responsibilities for Market Representatives and Market Promoters

• Support manager to organize different programs at organizations, local and regional level to promote the marketing; establish different promotional groups in the schools like eco-clubs, environment concern groups, environmental conservation groups etc;  coordinate and linkage with support agencies like government, non-government agencies, media partners and private sectors.
• Coordinate the production of a wide range of marketing communications, organize marketing events and exhibitions  at local level, articles & promotional material distribution.
• Upload marketing material to online libraries, internet groups and use social media like facebook, twitter, emails, and website; support manager to implement the online marketing and home delivery system.

Qualifications: For market representatives +2 passed and committed to work as sales agent of the company and promote the marketing of the products. For market promoters SLC passed with commitment to work as local representative of sales person in the district.
