Manager

A leading Domestic Airlines in Nepal is Looking to hire a smart and result -oriented candidate for the position of Manager in its Finance Department.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Function as manager of Expenses unit in Finance Department and report to Finance Controller.
• Perform as a team leader of the unit.
• Payroll accounting and management.
• Oversee overall function of the unit such as verification of expenses, cash, bank and creditor’s reconciliation, tax compliance. etc.
• Prepare financial reports on quarterly and annual basis as required and other reports related to Expenses unit as and when required by the Management.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

• Experience: Minimum two (2) years for Chartered Accountants and five (5) years for others (service sector experience preferred).
• Knowledge of import/export rules and procedures. familiar with Letter of credit transaction.
• In-depth knowledge of internal control system and ability to implement the system in real environment.
• Knowledge of budgetary control system.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good reporting nd communication skills.
• Computer skills including ability to operate computerized accounting and microsoft Office suite, particularly proficient in Excel.
