Saleways Department Stores Pokhara is looking for a highly motivated individual to handle and lead its store operations at Chipledhunga, Pokhara as Manager cum Supervisor, The hired individual has an opportunity to preside over the current incumbent as an operations manager after favorable succession planning. Saleways is privately held Retail company for 24 years having retails outlets of Department Stores, Supermarkets and Marts in various places of Pokhara, Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Dharan.

Required Skills and Knowledges:

• Must have atleast Undergraduate degree preferably in Management.
• Work experience of at least 2 years in senior level as departmental supervisor or senior in chain retail stores, department stores, supermarkets, marts or hypermarkets.
• Must have excellent computer, written, oral and verbal communications skills as well as learning skills to have a keen interest to learn and grow as an individual and entire organization.
• Should not have a crossed age of 40 years.
