Tuki Association Sunkoshi (TASK) is a leading NGO of Sindhupalchok. TASK has 25 years' ofextensive experience of implementing livelihood, education, protection, health and nutrition, reconstruction, DRR and many more development programs having partnership with different INGOs. We are collecting proposals from competent and interested audit firms to carry out the Statutory Audit of Fiscal Year 2074/075 (2074/04/01 B.S. to 2075/03/32 B.S.)

Interested companies/firms are invited to submit their letter of interest to the address indicated below. The letter of interest must include, at a minimum, the following documentation/information.

• Summarized Firm profile
• VAT registration certificate
• Certificate and renewal of membership, firm registration, and recommendations (if applicable)
• Tax clearance certificate
• Technical and financial proposal including justified needs and roles of different human resources for the audit service for the following fund flows:

• • • Rs. 50,00,000.00        to   5,00,00,000.00
    • Rs. 5,00,00,001.00     to  10,00,00,000.00
    • Rs. 10,00,00,001.00   to  20,00,00,000.00
    • Rs. 20,00,00,001.00   to  30,00,00,000.00
    • Rs. 30,00,00,001.00   to  35,00,00,000.00
    • Rs. 35,00,00,001.00   and above
• CVs, copy of citizenship& PAN of the Chartered Accountants along with year of experiences to be engaged in the assignment.
• Selected companies/firm should provide information and orientation about new act and provision of tax/vat issues for management &finance team.
