Learning Facilitator

KIRDARC Nepal is an NGO dedicated to uphold the rights of marginalized and excluded communities through its interventions on Human Rights, Democracy and Good Governance with especial focus on building capacities of right holders, duty bearers and civil society contributing to inclusive growth and fair development. It works with a vision of a just and prosperous society with people having access to and ownership over resources and opportunities.

It has been implementing SAMBHAV programme in Kalikot and Mugu districts focusing the activities in Secondary School Girls in Partnership with Restless Development and UNICEF for the period of 30 months. Thus, KIRDARC invites applications from suitable Nepali candidates for the following full time position:

Learning Facilitator (based on programme VDCs) - 2

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible to facilitate the community meetings, trainings, local planning process; implement programme activities in project VDC/Schools, support young champion, capacity building support to young champions and youth club member, document learning outcomes, writing case study, coordinate/liaise the local education stakeholders; facilitate young Champaign for girls sport; Support Girls club and motivate them in learing.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Have at least intermediate degree and have 2-3 years’ experience on social mobilization, School supervision, conducting local level extracurricular activities,
