Kitchen Helper

Performs any combination of following duties to maintain kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition:

• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Washes and peels vegetables, using knife or peeling machine.
• Segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers.
• Steam-cleans or hoses-out garbage cans.
• Sorts bottles, and breaks disposable ones in bottle-crushing machine.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays by hand.
• Holds inverted glasses over revolving brushes to clean inside surfaces.
• Sweeps and mops floors. 

Salary and benefits: (8000 + +2 times meal + TIP +10% service charge )

Working time: 6 days a week and 9 hours a day

Morning shift: 8AM to 4PM (On a rotation basis in between the staffs)

Evening shift: 2PM to 10PM (On a rotation basis in between the staffs)

Salary revision on a successful completion of 3 months’ probation period

Provision for breakfast, lunch and dinner according to respective shifts
