IT Support Engineer

Job responsibilities

• Install, configure and manage routers (Cisco, Mikrotik), switches, hardware operating system and application
• Implement, monitor and maintain routing and switching services in a corporate network
• Support on the client ends terminals and monitor bandwidth utilization of different ISP’s
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose/solve hardware/software faults and replace as required.
• Check computer equipment for electrical safety
• Maintain records of software license and antivirus
• Manage stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies

Requirement:

• BE in computer/BIT/BCA or equivalent from recognized university
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Must have good knowledge of network, router, and operating system
• Preferred certification in CCNA and MTCNA
