We are IT company based in Kathmandu. We are looking for Office Operation Manager, who will take care of operation and look over the staff management.
We prefer FEMALE Candidate.
Responsibilty:
Staff Management
- Recruitment of New Staff, as per requirement.
- Look over the need and activities of Staff
- Help to improve office enviornment
- Be interactive to all staff, understand their problem and come up with nice solution
- Guide to make understand office rules and fallow, and maintain the deceipline.
Elibility:
- BBA / MBA passout with good grade
- At least work on any office for 1 year at the position of Office Operation.
- Must have experience on HR
- Be very active with sharp mind and think dynamically.
