SPW Nepal is the youth-led youth focus organization working to build the capacity of young people in Nepal It has been working in Nepal since  last 10 years. SPW Nepal, in partnership with Restless Development Nepal is now working to strengthen the Youth Resource Center in Terai districts.  SPW Nepal is working as capacity building partner for “Youth Junction for Transformation” Programme with Restless Development.  

 Youth Junction for transformation integrate its youth empowerment programme in the community libraries. It takes youth engagement a step further and provides more robust youth engagement initiative, reaching thousands of youth through leadership, life skills and health training, sports and academic support, vocational training and support for livelihood opportunities. 

 As we enter this exciting new period, we are seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals to fill the following position:

 Position: Intern (based in Bardiya district)

 Responsibilities:

·         Form/Reform the Youth Leadership Subcommittees (YLSCs)  in project targeted districts

·         Conduct YLSC strengthening activities

·         Deliver Life Skills Training to Youth Leaders of YLSCs

·         Deliver leadership training to the members of YLSCs

·         Organize leadership summit

·         Organize career counselling sessions for the community youths

·         Work in close coordination with Programme Officer.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

·         Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in any discipline

·         Experienced in training management and facilitation

·         Possessing excellent youth mobilization skills

·         Ability to communicate in Bhojpuri language will be an added advantage
