Hotel Marshyangdi (P) Ltd. a well established Three Star Hotel in Thamel is seeking candidates for the following positions.
Human Resource Officer
Candidate should be a self motivated, highly committed with good leadership quality and within the age range of 30-35 years. Candidate must be a Graduate with minimum 4-5 years of working experience of Personnel/Human Resource function in a reputed organization. Candidates having Law degree will be preferred.
COMMIS – I
Candidate must be within the age range of 25 to 30 years and at least be SLC passed with 4-5 years of experience in multi cuisine in the same capacity.
COST & INVENTORY CONTROLLER
Responsibility involves towards Cost and Inventory Control as per the system of the Hotel industry so as to receive optimum return from Rooms and F&B sales and to maintain inventory of different outlets at desirable levels. The incumbent should process, analyze, and present reports on the performance of various departments to the top management regularly and conduct spot checks and physical verification in all the different outlets and stores regularly.
F&B MANAGER
This is a senior level position responsible for smooth departmental operation, maintaining sound guest relation and satisfaction, staff skill development and to play a key role in identification and exploration of markets for F&B and Banquet Sales with attractive salary with Benefits.
Asst. Sales & Marketing Manager
Candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years of prior experience in sales & Marketing in a 3 or 4 Star Hotel and responsible for developing strategic sales plan, budgets, and progress report in collaboration with department heads. Female candidate will be given more priority.
