JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handling all staff administrative needs such as Human resources matters, financial claims, leave schedules, , monthly reports, presentation, memos, proposal, Quotation, business correspondence, minutes of meeting, Contracts  and maintaining file of such.
  • Ensure all vehicles and equipments registration/Insurance, statutory documents renewal done on time.
  • Assist the progress of job planning and performance management
  • Vehicle management, maintaining logsheet of it etc.
  • Supervision of showrooms of the company and warehouse.
  • Implementation of necessary correction measure for improvement of company operation.
  • Taking initiative for settlement of legal issues in co-ordination of legal advisor of the company.
  • Responsible /Assist for event management for product launching/ business promotion etc.
  • Recommend and execute annual staff development plan.
  • Compensation and benefits of the employees.
  • Handling grievance of the employees and employers both in a balanced way.
  • Introduce /recommend and execute policies, procedures, rules, regulations for employees.
  • Review and update all human resources policies to meet the organization’s needs.
  • Plan and facilitating HR activities in the team: contract, recruitment, employee relation etc.
  • Ensure to develop job descriptions for current/new positions.
  • Maintain current organizational chart and current staff contact list.
  • Provide coaching and training to direct staffs on HR & Admin functions
  • Establish and maintain relations with government and other related personnel stakeholders.
  • Monitor and record employee time sheets and leave requests.
  • Support for procedures or papers relating to personnel or staffing issues.
  • Conduct instruction for staff members about admin and HR procedure.
  • Manage office equipment and infrastructure to ensure a well-running office.
  • Responsible for the overall running of the reception operation, sales and other staff.
  • Conduct procurement of stationery for staff and meetings/workshops and assets of the office.
  • Update the filling system and manage filing the office documents for both hard and electronic copies.
  • Review dealership contract like renewal, credit limit, termination etc.
  • Conducting weekly meeting with sales team and management.
  • Should look after IT, software issues.
  • Should follow the Bajra Group policy/guidelines and able to make all staffs abide the same.
